We provide Umrah, Hajj, visit visas, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and tour packages.

All services are subject to availability and approval from airlines, embassies, and authorities.

An advance payment is required to confirm any booking.

Prices may change due to airline policy, taxes, or currency fluctuation.

Booking is confirmed only after payment and official confirmation.

Tickets are issued under respective airline fare rules.

Refundable tickets may be refunded after airline deduction charges.

Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded (tax refund depends on airline).

Some tickets are non-changeable. If change is allowed, airline fee + fare difference applies.

Once issued, fare rules cannot be modified.

DK Travels is not responsible for airline restrictions.

Cancellation charges apply as per airline, hotel, or embassy rules.

Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable once processed.

DK Travels is not responsible for visa rejection.

Refund time depends on airline or service provider policy.

Passport must have minimum 6 months validity.

Customer must provide correct documents.

We are not responsible for immigration refusal due to incomplete documents.

DK Travels acts as an intermediary between client and service providers.

We are not liable for flight delays, baggage loss, natural disasters, political issues, or force majeure situations.

Website misuse or content copying is prohibited.

Customer data is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes.

DK Travels may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
